Max Kruisbrink

About

I build AI systems.
Then I write about them.

I'm Max Kruisbrink. I started my career as a civil engineer — designing structures where miscalculation has real consequences. That taught me to think in systems, constraints, and failure modes.

Now I build AI infrastructure. I founded StudioAIT to help companies ship intelligent systems. I use PAI — Daniel Miessler's Personal AI Infrastructure — as the foundation for my own agentic development environment, extended with custom skills, memory, and workflows.

This site is where I document the process. Not theory. Not predictions. The actual work of building production AI systems and the lessons that come with it.

The Path Here

Civil Engineering

Started in structural engineering — designing systems where failure is not an option. Learned to think in constraints, tolerances, and load paths. Turns out software architecture is the same discipline with faster iteration cycles.

01

StudioAIT

Founded StudioAIT to build AI-powered products and help companies ship intelligent systems. From e-commerce automation to custom AI workflows — the focus is always on production-grade infrastructure that actually runs.

02

PAI

Adopted Daniel Miessler's Personal AI Infrastructure and made it my own — extending it with custom skills, workflows, and integrations. An agentic development environment that compounds intelligence across every session.

03

Maxplaining

Writing about the things I build and the lessons that come with it. AI infrastructure, agentic systems, and the craft of shipping products — documented in real time.

What I'm Working On

Agentic Systems

Multi-agent orchestration, skill composition, and autonomous workflows that actually ship to production.

AI Infrastructure

The scaffolding that makes AI useful — memory systems, tool chains, deployment pipelines, and observability.

Building in Public

Documenting the process — the architecture decisions, the mistakes, and the things that worked despite the odds.
